Delete Your Account

1. Open Sai ki Family and sign in.
2. On the Home tab, open the profile menu at the top of the screen and tap My Profile.
3. Open Account access.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Read the message and tap Continue.
6. On Confirm permanent deletion, tap Delete account.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on this device.

If you cannot open the app, email vikasahuja1971@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Send it from the email address linked to your account, or include your registered mobile number with country code.

We will confirm your identity, reply within 2 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will never ask for your OTP, PIN or password.

• Your profile, mobile number, email, profile photo and account settings.
• Experiences, comments, likes, reposts and bookmarks you created.
• Events you created, your RSVPs, and your directory listings and reviews.
• Your connections, group memberships and the messages you sent.
• Your Sai Assistant conversations and voice transcripts.
• Push notification tokens and sign-in sessions on all devices.

• Copies of photos, videos and audio held with our storage and video hosting providers, and backups, are removed within 30 days.
• Limited security and audit records may be kept for up to 180 days where Indian law requires it, or longer if needed for an ongoing investigation or legal claim.
• Content that other people have already saved, copied or shared outside Sai ki Family is outside our control.

If you only want to remove some data, you can delete individual posts or Sai Assistant conversations, block devotees, or turn off notifications and location. See Your Privacy Choices.
